The Cardinale Group operates 19 retail locations and is recognized as the #1 Wards e-Dealer in North America. Bobbie now serves both Dealers and Vendors as the CEO & Founder of “The Bees Knees Agency”, a premier Automotive Operations Training and Consulting Agency with an emphasis on CRM, High Performance Culture, Leadership, Lead Conversion, Process Improvement and Digital Marketing. She is also a very popular presenter at numerous conferences including Digital Dealer, the World Shopper Conference, Women in Automotive and Driving Sales, a guest lecturer at Northwood University, and a named winner of the Automotive News “40 Under 40” award.
