Then Darrell Guinn, The River Forecast Center Operations Support Manager of the Tennessee Valley Authority Waterways to talk about how his and many river systems across the county plan how they operate the numerous dams on a river system and how you can use this information to be a better fisherman and what they do to keep the waterways healthy for the fish and us.
