How do you know if you’re ready to buy a new home? Here are three questions you can ask yourself to find the answer:
1. How is your credit? Is it lendable? Do you have a score above 620 or 640?
2. Do you have savings set aside for your down payment and closing costs?
3. Is it feasible for you to own a home versus renting one?
