On this weeks podcast I chat about something so simple that can made you feel a lot better and it will ensure that the takers of this world no longer take from you. Its the power of two letters to form a word that says no. For anyone who suffers from anxiety its hard to say those two words as you don't want to let people down, but if you continually do something for someone and they just take and take and don't give anything back then you will end up in a situation where you just feel really angry about everything.

Its not just saying no because you don't want to do something its saying no you don't want to be treated that way any more, you don't want someone to use you or to take advantage of you anymore.

By saying no you are practicing self care, you are setting boundaries for the takers of this world. Saying no the first time is really difficult, because you get anxious about the persons reaction and you build it up in your head as a big thing, but actually its not if you phase it correctly. I give a few examples of saying no without actually saying no. So please have a listen as saying no is one of the most important things in life that you can learn to do.
