What I learned was if people value what you do, if they really value what they do, and if they have a need, they want to go with an expert. I had built the reputation of the guy who came in and would bang out a job and get the heck out of there. And we demanded that we had access to your property from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
Really? Like you're going to be at my house on Sunday? You want the guarantee or not? Right? I guaranteed everyone would get a proposal, anyone who called me. My very first guarantee was all phone calls returned. That was my very first guarantee.
