There are tons of options out there to help buyers become homweowners. Ian emphasize that we have to work better to educate our clients more. Ian explains that Zillow sells your informatin to the highest bidder and that agent might not be the best persond do edeucate you and guide you and in the biggest financial decision of your life. Getting a pre approval is a must in shopping for a home in 2025.
