Darla grew up in an abusive home, lacking healthy role models, and twenty years ago, she became involved with her first narcissist.
Since then, she has experienced multiple relationships with narcissists, each presenting its own set of challenges.
Through her journey of healing, Darla discovered the power of somatic training to heal her inner child.
Now, as a CPD and ICF certified somatic trauma-informed coach with lived experience in narcissistic abuse, she is dedicated to helping other women overcome similar experiences.
