This week Dr. Porter sits down with Laura Capina of Synerchii. Dr. Capina holds a PhD in Oriental Medicine, a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Science. She’s also a certified nutritionist, on the board of the Accreditation Council for Alternative and Traditional Medicine, is a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, studied at the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and is the author of The Viking Diet. In this informative hour, Dr. Porter and Dr. Capina discuss the most powerful nutrient for our bodies and what our bodies require for optimal functioning. They will also explore whether we actually need supplementation or whether it’s possible to get all the nutrients we need from our food. They’ll also explore the difference between synthetic supplements versus natural supplements and how to protect our bodies from the toxic world we’re living in.
