In this episode, we sit down with one of our most dedicated Taekwondo students from Boyer Academy. With over 11 years of coaching and competition experience under her belt, she has a wealth of memorable moments to share. Among her notable achievements is a fierce competition in Wales, where she faced an impressive 6'1 opponent in the finals. Although she didn't win, she showcased the remarkable fighter within her.

Our guest also opens up about her new chapter as a college student majoring in Architecture Engineering. She discusses the unique challenges she faces in a field predominantly occupied by men and her determination to prove that women can excel in engineering.

Additionally, she offers insights into balancing her academic excellence with representing the USA Taekwondo team on an international stage. Despite the demands of both academics and athletics, she has garnered academic awards while continuing her Taekwondo training and international competitions.
