This was a fascinating conversation that I had with Dr Grant Bateman.
He shares how difficult change management is in the medical world, the importance of continuing research, how critical it is to stay determined when you meet opposition, to get in the ears and in front of the eyes of people who want to listen to your new ideas even when you have been rejected in other areas and never give up.
He also shares how success is the intersection of opportunity and preparation. If you do the prep when the opportunity arrives you are ready even if you are a little green.
I hope you enjoy this conversation and would love your feedback.
Thanks again for listening to our “I decided series”.
