On this episode of KSL's beyond the badge, we honor Officer Preston Casey of the Centerville Police Department. After responding to an accident involving an emotionally unstable veteran. Officer Casey offered his phone number and an open ear to this veteran. When the phone rang later that night, Officer Casey answered and talked to the veteran who had been considering suicide, but changed his mind after hearing Officer Casey's kind words.
