The 3M Method-that she practices on herself and the teachings from the past 11+ years

bringing mindfulness practice, movement+meditation and using buddhist teachings to shed layers.

example: every session begins with mindful conversation based on topic of the week. engages the muscle of self awareness and self acceptance.
