In todays episode, Jacquie is joined by life coach Catia Vas.
Catia is a life coach with a deep fascination for the human mind and a great love for nature.
Born in Brazil, her adventurous spirit led her to explore the world at 19. This exploration evolved into a rich inner journey in her late twenties, when a visit to the Findhorn Community in Scotland turned into a two-year stay, where she lived and worked with groups from 1988 to 2000.
With over 20 years of experience, Catia has facilitated personal and group transformation across the UK, Europe, and Brazil. She is the co-founder of the Miracle Choice Game, a Certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School, and a Non-Violent Communication (NVC) Facilitator trained by Marshall Rosenberg. Her NVC training led to the introduction of this powerful communication method in Brazil in 1999, in partnership with the University of Peace.
Catia specializes in guiding women ready to make significant life changes but who feel stuck and unable to take the next step. Through personalized coaching, she provides a simple and clear roadmap for moving forward, empowering them to make bold and fulfilling changes with confidence.
Her coaching philosophy centers on helping individuals to connect with their best selves.
Catia currently resides between Ireland, Portugal, and Brazil, continuing her mission to inspire and facilitate personal growth.
