Michelle recognizes the traumatic pain being felt. Later she interviews Crystal Widman, the Philadelphia-based studio owner of Y2B Fit. Crystal is a personal trainer and yoga and barre teacher. She holds degrees in exercise science, counseling psychology, and nutrition education. She brings the complete package to her clients and speaks openly with Michelle about her journey in movement and becoming a mother.
