Send us a text Ten years ago, long before the podcast, 20 year old sprint sensation Jodie Williams did an interview for our old blog Jody and Bayo's Athletics Spectacular . It was at the very beginning of her senior career and she could not have started it off in an more auspicious way, ending the season with both European and Commonwealth medals. But all good things must come to and end, so it seems fitting that she should sit down with us again, a decade later, as a she announces her retirement, to chat about her inspirational legacy and leaving on a high with an Olympic Bronze medal. The British women's spring scene had been transformed since 2014 much of which can be attributed to Jodie's trailblazing legacy.
