I've been a bit busy with impending hurricane coming to Florida. So to blow off a little tension and stress, this is a poke at the hurricane name and one of rum's ledgendary cocktails the hurricane. If you've seen the Gen X classic "Office Space" you'll get the reference to Milton and red staplers. Enjoy my fun with making a hurricane with 1996 rum and Gamblers Bay rum, both Florida made rum.
But all fun aside, I pray for everyone in the impacted areas and hope it isn't as bad as I might be. We have a lot of friends in the rum community that live on the west coast of Florida and the Tampa area.
