In many places throughout scripture, the Word of God tells us to be strong, coura geous, and not worry, but even so, Paul confessed that the constant resistance from the pagan community, unbelieving Jews, and imposters imitating Christianity in Mace donia caused him and his companions to begin to experience fear. God used the arrival of Titus, a brother in Christ, to alleviate the tension of their situation. And God may do the same for us when we are feeling similarly; he may send a special person or persons at just the time we need to be encouraged.
