In my case, the pandemic lock-down got me looking for something creative and productive to do in my evenings and weekends. My guest today is Charles from Connecticut, also known as the '997 Dad' from the YouTube Channel and Instagram of the same name. Charles bought a 997.1 in early 2020 and has been restoring it from his garage. From wheels and emblems to dropping the engine and fixing the dreaded bore scoring that many 996 and 997 owners fear, Charles has been paving the way for auto amateurs around the world through his work and his content.
