Gattlon's story is truly inspiring—he managed to quit his job and dive into real estate full-time in just 11 months. He walked me through his step-by-step journey and shared the strategies that led to his success.
Gattlon's first flip deal is a remarkable example of smart investing. He used other people's money to purchase and renovate the property, ultimately turning a profit of $45,000. He also delved into his first seller finance deal, where he acquired a property for $65,000 and sold it to a tenant buyer for $125,000. This deal generated a net profit of $20,000 and added $600 in monthly cash flow to his portfolio.
