In this episode we have an open discussion about the nature and deep seated problems of modern Liberalism in the UK, America and Ireland. Born out of the revolutions of the 18th and 19th centuries Liberalism was for the most part a force for good as modern nation states were formed and the old feudal monarchies fell. 250 years later however Liberalism has become the ideology of the professional upper middle class, deaf to the economic needs of the vast majority of the populations of the countries mentioned above.
