Alex Wood Quits Everything

I'm 12 days off of my smart phone and I'm reading a book for the first time in longer than I care to admit. I'm sleeping better and my eyes don't feel strained since I'm not staring at a tiny glowing screen for large portions of the day. My guest this episode, Melissa Story! She's 4 months off of rehab and had an outpatient rehab treatment to kick the bud. We talk about how much better her entire life has gone in such a short amount of time since then.
