Timmons is an entrepreneur, businessman and franchisee of three (3) Office Evolution franchises in the East Valley area of Phoenix, Arizona and is an active member of the Chandler, Arizona and Ahwatukee Chambers of Commerce. As a previous client of Office Evolution, Mr. Timmons was the owner and president of his own highly successful dispute resolution firm, Mostly Mediation, Inc., specializing in complex financial disputes. For over twenty years Mr. Timmons was a leader and mentor in the Colorado mediation community while conducting mediations and facilitations in the areas of business and contract disputes, divorce, child custody and child support, family, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the ADEA, employment, workplace relationship issues, victim/offender, and community disputes.
