After Eight Show - New Music You Just Don't Hear Anywhere Else!

Our ambition, every week, is to make you go Wow!, at least 3 times, as you listen to an artist or band who you've never heard of before. And we think we'll achieve it!
Our ALBUM OF THE WEEK, this week, is the immaculate 'Lights On' by Mozez. He will be introducing it himself and we will play three or four tracks during the course of the show. This is the third solo album from Mozez who fronted Zero 7 and performed vocals on record and on tour with Nightmares On Wax!

Our Luvva Cover was released just 4 days ago and is a brilliant transformation by Lauren O'Connell of a very well-loved song by Echo & the Bunnymen. The lyrics are brilliant (written half by God according to Ian McCulloch!) and they seem to be more meaningful in the cover version than the original. But you must make your own minds up about that!
