189. Why You Need A Word of the Year

A word of the year gives you a simple theme to tune into as you go through the year. In my opinion, you don’t pick your word. It picks you. This episode shares my experiences with having a word of the year the past 6 or so years.

Your experiment this week is find your word of the year and lean into it this year. Then, remember to look back in 2021 and see what experinces you had with your word in 2020.
