Happy New Year, Listeners! I started maintaining audio logs or audio journaling (calling them Plogs like Podcast Log, get it?) sometime last year and ended up really liking it and enjoying the process. This year, I've decided to share some of that with you, hopefully on a weekly basis. Here's my log for the 2nd week of January and the first log of the year. Enjoy!…

We never thought we would experience being under a national curfew and/or being in social isolation and quarantine. Its forced us to face so many parts of ourselves and find different ways of interacting and maintaining some sort of sanity. Most importantly it really checked our privilege. In this episode we discuss a few of the things this pandemic has brought to the surface about ourselves and our relationships. We recorded this weeks ago in hopes that things would get better but COVID cases continue to increase every single day. Follow our page on Instagram @accidental_living…
