Dropping arrogance creates space for truth to rush in, filling what was once occupied by the ego's lies. This lesson from A Course in Miracles challenges the scarcity mindset that dominates our thinking—the false belief that one person's gain must come at another's expense.
"I came for the salvation of the world" reframes our entire purpose. Rather than seeking private advantage, we recognize our role in collective healing. The practical application involves remembering our function throughout the day, asking whether our thoughts protect scarcity or serve healing. This creates space for authentic healing encounters where we can witness someone's reaction with compassion, helping them return to recognition of their wholeness.
