At a pre-Memorial Day dinner hosted last night by joint American veteran associations, President Halima Ahmed startled the pro-military crowd when she proposed her plan to drastically cut defense spending and manpower over the course of the next six months. The stunned gathering listened in disbelief as the President rolled our her radical new plan.
