Welcome to the 32nd episode of Amplify Clearwater Show, powered by 13th Ave Media! We are very excited to take you on a journey to learn more about all of the incredible businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders. In this episode, we are featuring Michael Buis, Co-Founder of Fetch!

Michael grew up in the construction industry and worked as a carpenter through high school and college. In 2009 he graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. The following year Michael became a Florida Certified Building Contractor and Florida Certified Roofing Contractor. From 2010 through 2015 he was a co-owner and the licensed contractor for a construction and roofing company. This company later evolved into a company that purchased, renovated, and sold distressed properties. After the real estate market changed, he co-founded a remodeling company. This company specialized in mid to high end kitchen and bathroom renovations. In late 2017 he changed career paths and applied for the Saint Petersburg College Law Enforcement Academy, which he completed in 2018. After passing the Florida State Officers Certification Examination Michael became a Police Officer. After a couple years of being a Police Officer Michael, his brother Garrett, and father Butch founded Blue Fetch, which used their construction experience to develop the idea.
