Clicks from a job board / recruitment marketplace to the job on the ATS are nice, applications are better, and applications that are moved forward in the ATS are even better. With Roadtrip, employers have that data at their fingertips, and can share that with their media partners so they can do a better job of sending better qualified candidates to their employer clients.
