Zach is a certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified, Kettlebell Certified, and Functional Movement Screen Certified. Zach took a brief time away from personal training to explore the corporate world from 2015-2017. During this time, Zach began to feel his body slowly get engulfed by sitting disease. His shoulders started rounding forward, his neck became creaky and his low back started to ache. Because of these observations, he started employing personal training techniques and strategies during the workday to help him feel better and fight the negative effects of sitting. His co-workers were intrigued and asked what he was doing and if he could teach them similar techniques. That is when the lightbulb turned on and Zach knew he was destined to teach these tools and strategies to the masses and help fight the negative effects of sitting and sedentary behavior while at work.
