Johannesburg is facing a deepening water crisis. Leaks, interruptions, and inadequate maintenance are threatening public health, economic stability, and the environment. In response, WaterCAN, an initiative of the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse, has launched a petition calling for a significant increase in the Joburg Water capital budget.
