But the BBC has heard eyewitness testimony and seen credible evidence that suggests Russia is also using drones against civilians in the front-line city of Kherson. Ukraine says that in just three months, there has been a surge in drone attacks on civilians in the southern Kherson region, where at least 30 people have been killed.
