Tamara has spent over 35 years in human resources and law, with 25 years specializing in global mobility, immigration, global security, and crisis management. Tamara has also managed global mobility programs as both the client and the service provider for many international mining, aerospace, and automobile manufacturing companies, plus other corporate companies.
Tamara also shares her views on transitioning from a traditional global mobility function to talent mobility and automating time-consuming tasks with AI.
