“Sustainability can seem so big, it’s like trying to run five marathons at once. What we need to do is break it down.” When it comes to Net Zero, there’s some hesitancy from the manufacturing sector. A recent survey by Lloyds Bank found that 87% of manufacturers knew what net zero meant for their business. However, nearly 80% of the respondents said that the energy cost crisis has had a negative impact on their on their route to Net Zero, and only 7% said they were already at Net Zero. 13% said that they're only researching, and at 5% said that they weren't thinking about it at all.
