Meditation practitioner and university lecturer, Mariana de la Vega, was always in search of answers about human existence. Taoist principles, ancient texts and passages were among the materials she studied. Buddhist influences such as “The Heart Sutra'' was another passage she studied but was never truly satisfied with the answers she found. She could not experience what these books about consciousness taught, until she was introduced to the Zhineng Qigong practice.
Emotional healing is a central theme to Mariana’s “Consciousness Lab”, a group of like-minded individuals who discuss these insights among each other. The mind tends to separate or compartmentalize thoughts and emotions, which was evident in the books she studied. When the mind-body separation occurs, it can result in suffering. In Qigong, it’s “Shen” that moves “Qi”. To perceive your thoughts without reaction is to bring Qi back to yourself, back to the present moment and allow for unity or “oneness” to ensue.
Zhineng Qigong practitioners, instructors and followers will gain invaluable information on deepening their practice and understanding of foundational consciousness concepts. Learn how emotional balance through Qigong can transform your life and explore the benefits of Zhineng Qigong for holistic wellness.
Tune in for this insightful episode!

Hunyuan Qi Therapy, rooted in Zhineng Qigong, is a powerful self-healing method. In today’s Qigong podcast, Britta Stalling explores its techniques, founded by Master Yuantong Liu at the medicineless Huaxia Centre, established by Dr. Pang Ming. This holistic energy therapy uses external Qi and Zhineng Qigong exercises to activate self-healing. Hunyuan Qi Therapy, rooted in Qigong principles from Dr. Pang's renowned center, offers a holistic approach to healing. Unlike Western medicine's symptom-focused treatment, this therapy emphasizes the body's innate healing abilities through conscious intention. The key is maintaining a positive mindset, focusing on the ultimate health outcome rather than current limitations. Hunyuan Qi Therapy is a powerful self-healing method and a path to becoming a health coach. Therapists learn to give Qi treatments and influence the Qi field, receiving positive energy externally. Consciousness is key in Hunyuan Qi Therapy. Britta explores its role in healing, while Master Yuantong Liu, a student of Dr. Pang, teaches these methods worldwide. His work has enabled many to become certified therapists, supporting self-healing. Many seek alternative healing—Qigong and Hunyuan Qi Therapy offer balance, wisdom, and self-awareness. Join Britta as she shares techniques from the Medicine-less Hospital. Mindful moments: Hunyuan Qi Therapy is a qigong-based self-healing method for holistic wellness and balance. The Huaxia Center, founded by Dr. Pang Ming, was the first medicineless hospital using qigong healing. Qi and consciousness medicine use intention and energy to support the body's healing. Unlike Western medicine, Hunyuan Qi Therapy addresses the root cause, not just symptoms. Master Yuantong Liu has trained hundreds worldwide in Hunyuan Qi Therapy. Healing with intention shifts focus from illness to a state of health. Qigong therapists influence the Qi field to support health in themselves and others. Many turn to qigong for self-awareness, balance, and holistic healing. Grief is an inevitable part of life, the loss and trauma isn't something that is easily overcome. We often think that death happens to an individual, when in reality, it happens to those who are left behind. In today's Qigong podcast, Richard Clegg discusses how he copes with grief and integrates the Zhineng Qigong practice to navigate his healing journey after losing his wife and grandson. In grief, Richard emphasizes maintaining a sense of true self and wholeness. Qigong teaches that oneness is essential, as separation leads to suffering. Emotional healing after loss requires removing judgment and ego. Qigong encourages returning to objectivity—allowing emotions to naturally flow while being kind to ourselves through the stages of grief. Grief brings overwhelming emotions that need processing. In Qigong, unresolved emotions create "heart-stones" - blockages that may lead to disease. During grief, self-care and self-love are vital. Allow yourself time and space to experience emotions rather than resist them. This increases self-awareness and reinforces identity, which helps counter the isolation that often accompanies grief. Zhineng Qigong can help with trauma and grief. Richard specifically uses the La Qi and Chen Qi methods for grief. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, grief is associated with the lungs. Chen Qi clears blockages and opens energy pathways, allowing smooth Qi flow throughout the body. This benefits the lungs while strengthening the mind. Richard also used the 8 verses meditation to calm his nervous system. Grief might be a frame of reference as Richard explains, though Qigong for grief allows both ourselves and others the freedom to experience loss without judgment or rushing. Mindful moments: Qigong provides a framework for processing grief by maintaining a sense of true self and wholeness during difficult times The concept of oneness in qigong helps address the suffering that comes from separation during loss Qigong encourages objectivity in grief, allowing natural emotional flow without judgment or ego Self-care principles and qigong emphasizes giving yourself time and space to experience emotions rather than resisting them Zhineng Qigong specifically offers methods like La Qi and Chen Qi that can be applied to grief processing Qigong for grief creates a space where people can experience loss without judgment or rushing the natural grieving process Links & Resources: 📧 Connect with Richard (email): info@zhinengqigongacademy.com laohulonghealth@gmail.com 🌐 Richard's website: https://www.zhinengqigongacademy.com/ ✨ Chen Qi Method: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/product/chen-qi-method/ 🎬 Richard's other episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbPrEmot 🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/ 📘📚 Get your FREE E-book on the "Eight verses meditation" by Dr Pang: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/exploration-of-the-eight-verses-of-zhineng-qigong-meditation-e-book Connect on Facebook , Instagram , Youtube…

The Zhineng Qigong practice is more than just movement, it goes beyond the physical aspect and has the intention of mindful creation. In today's Qigong podcast, Oliver Rijcken discusses how visualisation plays a critical role in manifesting our inner desires. Manifestation is a natural consequence of our intentions being aligned with the Qi Field. In Qigong the Qi field is the foundation whereby information is fed. This information could be about health and wellbeing or about dreams and goals. It's important when practicing Qigong is to use visualization techniques. This will set an intention and an outcome of your inner hopes. Once you reach a particular goal, it's important to acknowledge and celebrate your achievements. However big or small, Olivier says they are all significant. Adopting a mindset of gratitude in Qigong is also very important. Being grateful for the achievement and for help you might've received along the way. It's not a moment to inflate ego, as ego is quite the opposite mindset in Qigong, but more to have a positive feedback loop between intention and outcome - similarly to that of the "opening" and "closing" metaphor in the La Qi method. Thankfulness extends to Qigong practitioners, Qigong and fellow Qigong students (sometimes even our true selves) acknowledging the collective vital life force energy that fuels progress within Qigong or in many cases the Qi field. Along with celebrating the wins in Qigong, stillness is also important. It's a moment to reflect on what has been achieved and what new creative ideas can emerge. It's also a moment to rest as it seems like life today is always about the chase and "the next big thing". In Qigong it's a reminder that personal development is a marathon not a sprint, it fosters a balance between thing that have been achieved and things to come - oneness: a key aspect of Zhineng Qigong. Mindful moments: Qigong combines physical movement with mindful visualization for transformation The Qi Field acts as a conduit for channeling health and wellness intentions Zhineng Qigong uses visualization to connect intentions with outcomes Practitioners balance celebrating success with maintaining humility The practice uses "opening" and "closing" to represent intention and outcome, like La Qi. Gratitude extends to both personal growth and collective practitioner energy Personal development in qigong is viewed as a gradual, balanced journey Zhineng Qigong emphasizes oneness and interconnected achievement Qigong develops understanding of Qi energy for personal growth Links & Resources: 📧 Email Olivier: hello@olivierrijcken.nl 🎬 Watch on Youtube: https://youtu.be/br2dRkBN3OM 🎨 Olivier's Illustration Website: https://www.iktekenvoorverandering.nu/ 🌐 Website: https://olivierrijcken.nl/ 🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/ 📘📚 Get your FREE E-book on the "Eight verses meditation" by Dr Pang: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/exploration-of-the-eight-verses-of-zhineng-qigong-meditation-e-book Connect on Facebook , Instagram , Youtube…

David and Helena Petrović were students of the Zhineng Qigong practice for a long time, but nearly gave it all up - until miracles happened! In today's Qigong podcast, discover how your miracle might be closer than you think... Despite practicing Qigong to heal his asthma, David's lung condition worsened under a rigid teaching structure. He and Helena considered quitting until they received a timely email from Master Liu and Andraz Purger, prominent Zhineng Qigong practitioners. At this workshop, David experienced Qigong in a more relaxed atmosphere and saw his respiratory issues improve significantly. This renewed his dedication to Zhineng Qigong. Though initially skeptical, Helena also embraced the practice after witnessing its positive effects on both David and herself. The workshop was adapted to meet students' individual needs. David's success led him to become a Qigong practitioner, working with schizophrenia patients in hospitals. Despite some skepticism from Western medicine, both approaches share the goal of improving people's lives. Taking a page from Master Liu and Andraz' book - by being mindful of the patients with schizophrenia and their capabilities, David used the simple but effective Zhineng Qigong exercises. These Qigong movements includes: Qi squats and the La Qi method. With consistent Qigong practice, there has been a reduction of negative symptoms in those who suffer from schizophrenia. Patients showed reduced depression, better communication, and improved coordination. This demonstrates how Qigong can complement conventional medicine in treating mental illnesses like schizophrenia. They also offer modified Qigong sessions for seniors, helping improve their mobility and wellbeing. Helena's mother, who suffered from Covid, pneumonia, and strokes, experienced remarkable recovery through Qigong. When Helena and David built a Qi field and channeled healing energy to her, she recovered beyond expectations. After a brief hospital stay, she was able to walk with a cane—an extraordinary improvement given her previous condition. Miracles might be right around the corner! Mindful moments: David and Helena started Qigong for David's asthma, seeing unexpected success after nearly giving up David's research shows Qigong exercises help reduce schizophrenia symptoms when combined with traditional medicine Helena's mother recovered from severe Covid-19 complications with help from family Qigong practices Senior citizens benefit from Qigong through better mobility and increased happiness Links & Resources: 🌐 David and Helena's website: https://www.taichipula.com/ 📧 David and Helena's Email: taijiqigong.croatia@gmail.com 🎬 Andraz's episode: https://tinyurl.com/y7xcut3y 💫 Andraz 's website: https://centerkroga.si/ 🔹 Master Liu's website: 🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/ 📘📚 Get your FREE E-book on the "Eight verses meditation" by Dr Pang: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/exploration-of-the-eight-verses-of-zhineng-qigong-meditation-e-book Connect on Facebook , Instagram , Youtube…

As Zhineng Qigong students we are faced with the question: how to integrate Qigong into our daily lives? In today's Qigong podcast learn how Martha Work transformed her life and reaped the benefits of incorporating Qigong for daily life as she overcame mental health challenges and generational trauma. Martha discusses how she was able to leave behind depression and transformed her life with Qigong practice. She had the intention (a foundational aspect of the Zhineng Qigong practice) of improving her mental health, as she didn't want to stay in such a dark, almost isolated place like depression. When practicing Qigong she noticed her negative thoughts transforming into positive thoughts. Showing that Qigong for mental health offers a holistic approach to overcoming depression, allowing individuals to reconnect with their inner and true self, as Qigong became part of her morning routine. Qigong facilitated healing from toxic parenting. By releasing "heart stones" daily, Martha addressed deep-seated emotional trauma, particularly with her father, enabling inner child healing. This practice provided the balance and resilience needed when she became her mother's caregiver. Enhanced awareness and objectivity, cultivated through consistent Qigong practice, helped her navigate the challenges of caregiving with greater ease. Martha would hold the body Qi field, a stationary practice but she believes it increased becoming aware of the chatter of her busy and wandering mind & also encourages grounding and centering techniques that foster emotional stability. By embracing heart-opening practices in Qigong, she learnt to approach difficult situations with compassion and understanding. Ultimately, daily Qigong routines empower individuals to age gracefully with Qigong, reminding them that they are the directors of their lives, capable of fostering joy and resilience. Mindful moments: Zhineng Qigong transformed negative thoughts into positive ones, aiding in overcoming depression and mental health challenges. Daily Qigong practice became a crucial part of Martha's morning routine. Intention was key to Martha's successful use of Zhineng Qigong for mental health improvement. Qigong helped heal childhood trauma and toxic family relationships through daily "Heart Stone" release. Qigong provided balance and resilience while caregiving for her mother. Stationary body Qi field practice increased awareness of mental chatter. Grounding and centering techniques improved emotional stability. Heart-opening practices fostered compassion and understanding. Zhineng Qigong empowered Martha as the director of her own life. Qigong promotes graceful aging with joy and resilience. In Zhineng Qigong we are encouraged to live with an open heart and open mind & in today's Qigong podcast - Hunyuan Qi Therapist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, Heather Bourne discusses the art of healing with love. Heather believes that healing is connected to love - in Hunyuan Qi Therapy and Qigong we are to connect heart and mind, because once separation occurs we sometimes fall ill or fall victim to stressors, because we forget we are one. When we are aligned with our heart, mind and body, we create wholeness - a sense of peace, compassion, kindness and love for yourself that you can reflect to the world and share with others. In Qigong, love isn't just a feeling or sentiment as it's portrayed in most of society (often quite a selfish thing) as Heather explains. It's a reflection of our inner being or our true self. When you have an open heart and love through the basis of Qigong it becomes a mirror, so if you love a person it reflects a certain quality within you helping you to love yourself. When connecting with the Qi field, Heather found that it's an opportunity to be present with an open mind, another key principle of the Qi Gong practice. When we have an open mind in Zhineng Qigong, we are often at a place of objectivity, we place ourselves in the shoes of others and realise that there's no judgement for others' lived experience. We see others as ourselves, we become one and begin to see things from their perspective leading to a more compassionate relationship with one another, led by love - and then as Heather describes it, miracles and healing can occur. Qigong and love together create a holistic approach to healing that emphasizes unity and harmony. By practicing Qigong with love, we not only heal ourselves but also contribute to a broader sense of oneness and compassion. Mindful moments: Love in Qigong transcends personal feelings, representing unconditional acceptance and universal connection. Zhineng Qigong creates a healing state of oneness, dissolving boundaries between practitioner and patient. Self-love emerges naturally by seeing oneself reflected in others, not through self-focused efforts. Qi field requires an open, present mindset, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with loving awareness. Qigong self-love technique: Treat yourself with the same unconditional love you'd offer a young child. Heather's upcoming project "The Art of Healing with Love" will explore Hunyuan Qi therapy, cacao ceremonies, and love's transformative nature. Lou Padin combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Zhineng Qigong and sound therapy techniques to facilitate deep healing experiences. In today's Qigong podcast learn how Lou, an accomplished acupuncturist discovered the benefits of frequency healing and energy healing with sound. Lou discusses how specific sound frequencies can enhance the Qi field -a central part of the Qi Gong practice - allowing Qigong students and practitioners to have deeper connections and more effective healing. Frequency healing and the addition of music to the sessions became central to Lou's practice, as she spent years studying how different musical time signatures affect consciousness and healing potential. Through Dr. Pang's 8 verses meditation, Lou accesses heightened consciousness to observe how frequencies interact with the Qi field. This led her to develop a method combining qigong with frequency healing, where she identifies blockages causing disease and directs Qi to stimulate natural healing in those areas. Being mindful of your breath helps you stay present and aware of energy shifts. By merging with frequencies in Zhineng Qigong, you can access new healing possibilities and become more receptive to the Qi field's healing potential. Mindful moments: Acupuncturist Lou Padin combines Zhineng Qigong with sound therapy to enhance Traditional Chinese Medicine healing Sound frequencies amplify the Qi field's healing potential, strengthening energetic connections Dr. Pang's 8 verses meditation helps practitioners access higher consciousness and develop objectivity Lou uses sound frequencies to identify and clear energy blockages in the Qi field The combination of Qigong and frequency healing helps locate disease and activate natural healing Integrating TCM, Qigong and sound therapy provides comprehensive wellness benefits Links and Resources: 📧 Lou's email: 1000grullas.terapiaqigong@gmail.com 🌐 Lou's Website: https://milgrullas244256601.wordpress.com/acerca-de/ ✨ Teacher Wei's February Course: https://www.daohearts.com/mingjue-gongfu-online-course-the-science-of-consciousness-a-path-to-awakening/ 🗺 Join Master Zhen on his 2025 trip through China: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/product/china-trip-master-zhen/ 🌿 Join his 4 day online class on “How to clear emotions”: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/product/clear-emotions-training/ 🗓️ Or attend his healing classes upcoming February: https://www.zhinen 🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/ 📘📚 Get your FREE E-book on the "Eight verses meditation" by Dr Pang: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/exploration-of-the-eight-verses-of-zhineng-qigong-meditation-e-book Connect on Facebook , Instagram , Youtube…

David Ho’s life took an unexpected turn when he was faced with a health crisis, after collapsing and blacked out on a bathroom floor. Doctors told him that it was just because he was ill, but David doubted the diagnosis. He started noticing an eye floater and it was revealed that he had macular degeneration. In today’s Qigong podcast, we explore how an incurable eye disease, according to western medicine, was completely healed by consistent and disciplined Zhineng Qigong practice. A diagnosis like this is always alarming, though David began to seek alternative methods to heal eye disease, motivated by an intention and desire to regain his eye health and improve his vision. The Qigong practice became central to David’s recovery to improve his eye sight naturally. He practiced Qigong for his eye health, with Zhineng Qigong exercises like "Lift Qi Up" and "Pour Qi Down," and Three Centers Merge which helped him focus on restoring his ocular health. He visited his optician for follow-up scans & revealed a remarkable recovery in his vision. This recovery highlighted the power of intention and discipline in achieving health goals in Zhineng Qigong. Using Qigong for eye health, David enhanced his eye care to maintain healthy vision. A Qigong practitioner himself he now teaches people how to empower their own well being and is focused on Qigong for improved eyesight. Highlighting that a positive mindset is essential for healing. Changing information from the diagnosis is a crucial concept of Zhineng Qigong the idea that one can change the information in their body through consistent practice and clear intention. David teaches many people, with Zhineng Qigong, to reclaim control over their health and lead a balanced life. Mindful moments: Macular Degeneration Reversal: David Ho overcomes macular degeneration with Zhineng Qigong, defying medical prognosis. Zhineng Qigong became a transformative path for Yoann Regis, offering him a profound journey of self-discovery during a challenging period of his life. In today’s Qigong podcast, Yoann Regis talks about his struggles with feeling out of place and how his spiritual journey through Qigong opened up new possibilities of healing and connection. This feeling of disconnection and separation propelled him to slow down and reflect on his life, ultimately guiding him towards the transformative power of Qigong. The Huaxia Centre holds great importance for Qigong practitioners and students alike - and it was no different for Yoann. It is here that he learnt that joy, was not something to be achieved, but a natural state to be rediscovered by reconnecting with one's inner child and the fundamental energy of life with the help of a fellow Qigong student who faced a life threatening illness. Dr. Pang's philosophy that we are all both students and masters in our own right - resonates with Yoann. It shifts the traditional hierarchical dynamic. This perspective encourages oneness, another foundational principle of the Zhineng Qigong practice, community and collaboration. Connecting with your true self is essential. Yoann mentions that it’s an important step to personal growth, when we have self doubt we often create separation and therefore anxiety. Ultimately complicating our lives instead of embracing simplicity. Openness is a cornerstone of the Qigong practice. He encourages individuals to start where they are without the need for perfection. This creates a community where everyone can share in each others wisdom through sharing the Qi field and enabling self discovery. Yoann's wisdom remind us that while we may face challenges along our paths, embracing our authentic selves and trusting in our abilities can lead to profound transformation and joy in life. Mindful moments: Yoann's Journey: Qigong helped him heal and connect during a tough time. Healing and Connection: Qigong emphasized mindfulness and reflection. Rediscovering Joy: Reconnecting with his inner child led to joy. Philosophy of Oneness: Dr. Pang's philosophy promotes unity and collaboration. Self-Discovery: Self-doubt hinders personal growth. Master Zhen discovered at the Huaxia Centre (medicine less hospital) that emotional blockages can significantly impact healing, observing how patients with similar conditions respond differently to Qigong based on their emotional states and self-connection. In Qigong, emotional blockages or "heart stones" obstruct the flow of Qi, impacting overall well-being. According to Master Zhen, mindfully acknowledging emotional trauma without judgment can promote mental clarity. By accepting these emotions without resistance, individuals can gradually heal from within, developing a deeper heart-centered understanding. Zhineng Qigong enables healing by accepting emotions without reliving past traumas. By connecting with Shen (heart's spirit), practitioners raise consciousness without needing to rationalize feelings. Master Zhen's Psychology of Inner Perception provides a framework for healing through emotional awareness. The practice transcends intellectual analysis, offering a compassionate journey back to one's essential nature, liberating individuals from constraining narratives and fostering profound self-understanding. Mindful moments: Zhineng Qigong blends traditional Chinese healing with modern psychology, emphasizing mind-body connection in health. Emotional states profoundly impact healing, with "heart stones" blocking Qi flow, as researched by Master Zhen at the Huaxia Centre. Master Zhen's Psychology of Inner Perception provides a theoretical and practical framework for addressing emotional barriers in Qigong Self-understanding emerges through compassionate heart-energy connection rather than intellectual analysis, promoting authentic living. A holistic health approach integrating physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions for comprehensive well-being. Life Changer presents Ancient Wisdom – Zhineng Qigong Level 1: https://life-changer-worldwide.com/product/life-changer-presents-ancient-wisdom-zhineng-qigong-level-1/ Level One Zhineng Qigong serves as a foundational practice that emphasizes the importance of Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down method. This exercise is a central part of the healing process at the Huaxia Centre, a renowned medicine-less hospital in China founded by Dr. Pang Ming. In today’s Qigong podcast - Britta Stalling, Qigong Practitioner and Huyuan Qi Therapist, discusses the first level of Zhineng Qigong. Qi squats and the Three Centres Merge are additional Qigong movements of Level 1 Qigong, enhancing the practice's effectiveness, Britta explains. Dr. Pang’s goal was to simplify traditional Qigong methods, but maintain it’s power. The transformative power of these Qigong exercises, can lead individuals toward achieving their highest potential and overall well-being, Britta mentions. Britta explains the transformation law of Qi plays a significant role in level one of Qigong, discussing how physical matter changes into energy and information through awareness. With this principle the idea is that our life force is constantly exchanging with the abundant Qi found in nature. By embracing this exchange, practitioners can tap into the regenerative power of the universe: self healing, personal growth and authentic living. Healing and transformation becomes accessible through consistent practice, where self-awareness and powerful intention guide the practitioner's journey, Britta notes. Here, acceptance and mindful way finding through life's challenges, enables individuals to reach their full potential by understanding the connection between mind and qi. Ultimately, Level One Zhineng Qigong encourages individuals to cultivate acceptance and adaptability, essential qualities for navigating life's challenges and undergoing continuous transformation. Detachment is a crucial concept in Zhineng Qigong and achieving a balanced and happy life, as explained by Leilah Cupido (Qigong Practitioner & Huyuan Qi Therapist). In today’s Qigong podcast we learn that detachment is not about separation - but rather about returning to a place of objectivity and wholeness without any subjective influences Leilah explains. Leilah notes that inner work is essential in this process. By defining the relationship to the attachment and understanding its source, individuals can begin to detach in a way that is not about denying the importance of the attachment but about creating a healthier relationship with it. Whether it be grief, emotional baggage or toxic thought patterns. This approach allows individuals to honor and love what they are attached to without being controlled by it. Our reference framework shapes how we perceive and interact with the world, often creating limitations based on learned behaviors, ego & defensive mechanisms and is often how attachments are formed. Limiting beliefs and thought patterns often arise, but through Qigong therapy Leilah notes you can free yourself from habitual thinking or reactions. Leilah guides her clients through a Yi Yuan Ti meditation, which involves the Qi of the consciousness where the true self resides. This meditation is a powerful tool for reconnecting with one's inner self and establishing a more stable foundation free from the subjectivity of attachments. The subtle La Qi method, yields significant results in emotional healing too. Leilah uses the La Qi method that involves sending and returning Qi related to the attachment, helps in creating a dynamic of giving and receiving, thereby resolving the attachment in a healthy manner. Through these Zhineng Qigong techniques, many individuals experience improvements in their emotional wellbeing, but also an improvement in energy levels. Through Qigong, detachment leads to peace of mind and life balance. By cultivating objectivity and inner wholeness, practitioners learn to transcend worrisome thoughts and emotional attachments. This centered state enables acceptance of life's challenges and promotes personal growth and well-being. Mindful moments: Detachment in Qigong: Return to objectivity and wholeness. Inner Work: Define attachments and create healthier relationships with them. Honor Attachments, Not Control: Love attachments without being controlled by them. Reference Framework & Attachments: Break free from limiting thought patterns. Yi Yuan Ti Meditation: Reconnect with your inner self. Heal Your Brain and Nervous System: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/product/heal-your-brain-and-nervous-system/ Dementia, a condition often deemed incurable by Western medicine, was the catalyst for Bernhard Karrasch's journey into the Zhineng Qigong practice. In today’s Qigong podcast, discover how qigong for dementia was beneficial to Bernhard Karrasch’s wife. His wife diagnosed with dementia showed typical symptoms of cognitive decline and memory loss - to the point where even Bernhard was unrecognisable. They attended a Zhineng Qigong retreat in China - and within 5 months his wife already had signs of an improved cognitive function and brain health. As a microbiology and biochemistry scientist, Bernhard discovered how Qigong supported his wife's health by understanding the mind-body connection. He concluded that thoughts and intentions directly influence physical health, triggering the body's natural healing abilities. By changing thoughts and behavior, one can initiate recovery - a key principle of Zhineng Qigong. Bernhard's research explored Qi as a scientific concept, using quantum mechanics principles to understand its role in energy and universal information. He discovered that Qi encompasses the fundamental rules of the universe, including biochemistry. This understanding suggests that minimizing stressors and maintaining natural living can reduce disease susceptibility. La Qi method became a fundamental practice in his wife’s healing journey, Bernhard explains. The simple Qigong movement of opening and closing and visualising clear mental images of optimal health, was also beneficial to her overall cognitive wellness, balance and co-ordination and boosted memory. Western medicine, while valuable, often focuses on treating symptoms rather than addressing the underlying causes of diseases. In contrast, alternative healing methods like Zhineng Qigong aim to enhance life quality by reduces stressors. Bernhard's experience and research highlight the powerful interplay between thoughts, Qi, and the body's natural healing mechanisms, in this case Qigong for dementia. By embracing practices like Zhineng Qigong and adopting a positive, mindful approach to life, individuals can significantly improve their health and quality of life. Mindful moments: Qigong & Dementia: Qigong shows promise in healing dementia Mind-Body Connection: Thoughts and intentions influence physical health Qi as Science: Qi is a form of energy and information La Qi Method: Simple Qigong movements improve cognition, balance, and memory. As a Qigong teacher & Huyuan Qi therapist herself, core Zhineng Qigong principles are no stranger to Wabke Bouman. In today’s Qigong podcast Wabke speaks on many Qi gong principles: intention, trust & acceptance. Intention is a crucial aspect of both personal and spiritual growth. When you have an intention that truly comes from within, you connect with the Qi field. The more you build and connect to the Qi field, the open you are, the more possibilities arise. Connecting with the Qi field or the universe opens up pathways and opportunities that might not have been visible otherwise. We often have a narrow reference frame work of what intention is and doing so can close off so many possibilities, as Wabke explains. Trust is not only an essential part to intention, but to the Qigong practice as a whole. While setting a clear direction is important, it is equally vital to surrender to the journey or Qi field and trust that the universe or life will guide you towards your goals as Wabke notes. With consistent Zhineng Qigong practice you can re-build trust. This trust is about trusting life itself to treat you well and lead you to where you need to be. Western culture has a thought pattern of protection and one that’s rooted in fear, where as in Qigong with an open heart and mind you learn to let go of the need for control and embrace the unknown. Qigong teaches acceptance of all situations, good or bad. By removing judgment and embracing the moment, you reduce suffering and find unexpected blessings. Wabke shares a personal story of how accepting an injury led to unexpected kindness and growth. Happiness and gratitude is another central Zhineng Qigong theme Wabke explores in this episode. It is important to recognize that happiness and fulfillment are not just end goals but are present throughout the journey, Wabke clarifies. It’s the trust that you can be happy before reaching your goal, the acceptance in the midst of challenges, the gratitude in enjoying the journey and finding happiness in the present moment - all key principles of Qigong and navigation systems for life. Mindful moments: Intention & Qigong: Intention guides Qigong practice and opens new possibilities. Qi Field Connection: Connecting to the Qi field expands potential. Trust in Qigong: Trust in the journey and the universe. Letting Go of Control: Embrace the unknown and reduce suffering. Acceptance in Qigong: Accept all situations without judgment.
