Band of Builders began in 2016 when the founder sought help on social media to renovate the home of a close friend, Keith Ellick, who was battling terminal cancer. The overwhelming response from tradespeople across the UK not only completed the project but also sparked the formation of a charity rooted in the belief that we are "Together Stronger."

Achieving charity status in 2019, Band of Builders now provides practical, financial, and emotional support to construction workers and their families nationwide. With over £1 million in project delivery, the charity's efforts include building accessible bathrooms, kitchens, wheelchair ramps, cabins, and complete home renovations.
