In our “Meat Monitor” segment, we learn about classes being held in the Middle East to teach chefs and culinary students new ways of preparing U.S. beef, and in “Bushels and Cents,” Ray Bohacz stresses the importance of having a copy of as-built schematics for your farm equipment.
