Today is Fri-YAY May 17th. On today's show:
Have a lot to go over today, today is FRI-YAY!, We have word of the day, Ahron will be here with sports and on the music segment will be songs from the music documentary, "Sid Vicious; The final 24 hours." Next week we are going to watch a documentary about Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, because Courtney wanted to be like Nancy, In 1985, Love submitted an audition tape for the role of Nancy Spungen in the biopic "Sid and Nancy". So it will be interesting for me, I was not into Nirvana. On with the shows…

What does commitment mean? What does it mean when we use the word committed?
It means to sacrifice your desires to do something else you care about more. It is a pledge that you make to accomplish a goal. It can be made for yourself (which I am talking about) or with another person or a group. Without commitment, you will never start. You need to be committed to change.
Every time you decide to commit, you are strengthening your character, which helps you grow.
Most of the time, when we decide to make a commitment, it is not easy, but very hard. It takes determination, hard work, and discipline.
When you decide to improve yourself, you are making a pledge to be the best person you can be, no matter how hard it is.
You will have those mental thoughts that will pop up and try to hold you back. Never give up. Quitting might seem easier, because it is easier in your comfort zone instead of moving forward. You need to believe in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals.
You have to remember that your failures due not define you. They are a big part of your learning. Especially to not repeat that action. GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION!!
Commitments allow us to get closer to our dreams. Without commitments, we will never begin that journey. It is never too late to learn how to commit. Do not be afraid of the change that commitment brings. You might loose some people who were in your life. Just know, that with every new change, there is a new opportunity. Staying committed to your goal will help you get closer or attain those goals!!
