Free points. Focus. Win. Small swings. Make no errors. Play very high lobs. Get easy balls back. They will make mistakes. Aware of how they play. Think one step ahead. Less stress, Less mistakes, Think 2 steps ahead. Less power, Less mistakes. Timing is key Turn and move Keep the distance Know when to accelerate. Time to respond is key. Stop earlier and control play positioning more relaxed. Same direction Block the ball, defend on the net, Block in the same direction use the power of the same defender. Super low contact point .. Don't play easy balls up, Have control and play : Short and soft to the center Short and soft to the fence Short and soft to the feet Move closer to the net Keep the pressure. Create time to respond. Play randomized. Make good decisions Make them turn, accelerate. Make the players move a bit Find a way to play lower. Force your opponent to make a mistake. Play with some topspin.
