Emotional hunger and physical hunger are two different types of hunger that are often mistaken for one another. It's important to be able to differentiate between emotional hunger and physical hunger so that you can make healthier food choices because unlike physical hunger, emotional hunger is not satisfied by eating and can lead to overeating or binge eating.
