In this podcast renowned international sales law expert Ingeborg Schwenzer talks to Florence Jaeger about the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Ingeborg Schwenzer is Professor of Private and Comparative Law at the University of Basel, Dean Swiss International Law School , and Adjunct Professor at City University Hong Kong and Griffith University, Brisbane. She is Director of the Global Sales Law project, and chair of the CISG Advisory Council. She is author of the forthcoming Fourth Edition of Schlechtriem & Schwenzer: Commentary on the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
