Welcome to the 117th Episode of the Ministry of Dice – the UK based, bi-weekly best in Dice Masters podcast chat. There has been quite a lot going on over the last couple of weeks since we were last recording, so there’s a bit of ground to cover in the updates & news kinda thing we do at the start of the podcast. The least of which is reporting that Andy hasn’t won a game against Chris since Christmas. There’s been preview drafts, online tournaments, and even more Dark Phoenix Saga momentum going on to report on. Then its on to a classic MoD “Pick of The Week”. We take a closer look at the new reveals from the Dark Phoenix Saga draft from the Gaming with Sidekicks crew and give a hot-take pick each from the new cards. This set is looking GOOD, and the new Dark Phoenix Saga spoilers have got us really excited. (Or is Dark Phoenix Saga passé? LOL) To finish up, it is Valentines, so we do a segment for the lovers. Which famous comic book couples are well served by the game of Dice Masters? Or not so famous, because Andy literally had no idea a few of these were an item. Anyway – do they combo in a way that acknowledges their status as a couple, or is their famous love of the ages just blindly ignored?
