Welcome to Episode 50 on "Remembering myself from 5 years back". In this episode, I reflected on how I was like 5 years back, after I chanced upon a photo of myself back then. If I could sum up, back then, I was a high achiever, perfectionist and people pleaser. I also reflected on how I have changed as a person these days. In particular, I shared on my deepened understanding of what "trauma" truly means. My Akashic Masters also contributed their thoughts at the end.
