Princess Diana and Prince Harry faced this public reprimand, the only difference was they were not alleged sex offenders.
Prince Andrew, stripped of military titles and Royal patronages, may also lose his public-funded security. He has almost no where to go, in a legal sense.
The court is sending out requests for depositions from witnesses. The first two include:
A woman who said she saw the Prince at Tramp nightclub in 2001
Prince Andrew’s former assistant
Plus: could there be more minor victims coming forward?
Ghislaine has also told the court in Giufree v Maxwell that she won’t protect any more names. This may be very significant for some VIPs.
