En este tiempo de adviento, de espera es común que sintamos dolor, tristeza, soledad, sin embargo este tiempo nos recuerda también que la obscuridad es la antesala de la luz. En este audio explico un poco más al respecto.
El dolor asusta, no nos permite movernos sin embargo, enfrentar el dolor es sin duda el principio de la recuperación. En ocasiones el dolor no es tanto como creemos, a veces es solo el recuerdo de un dolor vivido. Pero cuando enfrentamos el dolor podemos iniciar nuestro proceso de recuperación.
Hay que morir para vivir... Dice un conocido canto y sí, cada vez que "morimos" por dolor, frustración o tristeza es una oportunidad para renacer, para volver a empezar. "Morir" nos permite renovarnos y así ser mejores cada día...
El acudir al pasado para recordar aquello que hicimos mal siempre trae a nuestro presente angustia, tristeza, entre otras cosas que nos bajan de frecuencia y nos impiden ver que gracias a aquellos errores hoy tenemos más sabiduría...
Cuando nos dicen "es que no eres su prioridad" nos genera dolor frustración entre otros sentimientos negativos y más cuando para nosotros esa persona sí es nuestra prioridad. Si priorizamos situaciones nos enfocaremos en resolver. Tú debes ser tú prioridad y no esperar serlo para nadie más...
Si hoy estás sano sé amable con todos los que te rodean, si estás enfermo sé amable con los que te cuidan.. Siempre sé amable nunca sabemos cuando podríamos necesitar de aquellos que nos rodean...
Desafortunadamente en la mayoría de las ocasiones somos nosotros mismos los que emitimos los peores jucios, insultos, malas palabras en nuestra contra. Esto nos lleva a una permanente baja autoestima...
Para lograr todo lo que nos proponemos tenemos que persistir. Los cambios permanentes requieren de constancia, disciplina y persistencia. Si quieres resultados diferentes haz cosas diferentes.
