COVID-19 imposed a novel way of work in the past few months, changing the way we collaborate with our colleagues. Everyone has faced unique challenges, with young professionals in particular seem to miss the guidance and encouragement of their seniors. Others grew weary without the buzz around once the novelty wore off. But we couldn’t let that stop the exchange of knowledge and ideas – and found new ways to have fun doing so!

In this episode, we catch up with Ryan Hahn from NDY, Meisha Stevens from Stantec, and Prateek Alkesh from AECOM as they share their thoughts and opinions on what the new ‘normal’ looks like, how young engineers can continue their professional development in these unfamiliar times, and how senior engineers, team leads, and CIBSE can contribute to make a positive impact on budding careers.
