Jacqui recently completed her PhD on Rhetoric and Composition, and while that may seem like a funny subject to discuss on a wrestling podcast, trust us you are going to love this nerdy discussion. At the time Joey Ryan was a respected performer thought to be playing a sleazy character, Unfortunately it turns out he was in real life a sleazy character. I don't think this changes the analysis Jacqui did or the themes covered, but please know we would not be talking about Joey in this way if the interview took place today. We are mainly talking about Candice LeRae and storytelling.
