We celebrated the equinox on Wednesday the 22nd, marking a potent day to press pause and reflect on what light and dark mean to our inner world. What can you harvest from this Summer? How do you feel about the return of the dark, and the return of the Yin (feminine)? What are you grateful for and what are you excited about?
