The number of players in space continues to increase – internationally and commercially. For better safety and security there needs to be norms of behavior for operating in space. The US wants to lead the development of norms but what is a good framework for developing that? Listen to expert Robin Dickey of The Center for Space Policy and Strategy talk to Aerospace’s Catrina Melograna about her recent research in this area.
