About today's guest:
Bria is a Therapist, Speaker, Personal Trainer, and Podcaster. As a multi-passionate woman, she works to help other women find the motivation and direction toward going after what makes them happy, and to start by healing their relationships with fitness, food, and body image. She has a Master of Science in Psychology, is an Entrepreneur, and speaks at Global Conferences including her most recent conference where she presented on "Letting Go of Guilt" and was part of a panel that discussed "Nutrition and Mental Health". Bria believes that it's all about the mind-body-soul connection and that we can empower ourselves by fueling up with food, knowledge, and self-care practices so that we can truly participate in our lives as our whole and wonderful selves.
